Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

• Free standard shipping on orders of GBP 40 or more.

• Orders below GBP 40 are subject to a flat shipping fee of GBP 4.95.

International Orders

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, and carrier availability.

• Promotional free-shipping thresholds, if offered, will be shown at checkout or in the relevant campaign terms.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During promotions, launches, peak seasonal periods, stock replenishment, or unusual operational events, processing may take longer. In rare circumstances, processing may take up to 14 business days before shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2-5 business days.

Europe

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 4-10 business days.

International Destinations

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7-15 business days.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, force majeure events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or is missing items, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photographs so we can investigate and assist.
