1. Overview
At Elvoriah, we aim to provide fair and transparent resolutions. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, replacements, store credit, or partial refunds may be available.
2. 30-Day Return Window
Eligible return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the recorded delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days may be refused.
3. Eligibility Conditions
You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if all of the following apply:
• You contact Elvoriah within 30 days of delivery.
• You provide valid proof of purchase.
• For beauty tools or devices, you provide any reasonable photos or videos requested to verify condition, defect, or usage concerns.
• Returned tools are sent back in good working condition with original accessories unless the issue is a verified defect or fulfilment error.
4. Consumables and Serums
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened serums, creams, and other consumable skincare products are non-returnable. If a consumable product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess a replacement or other suitable resolution.
5. Refunds for Beauty Tools
If an eligible beauty tool return is approved within the 30-day window, the refund amount will be 25% of the original purchase price of the tool. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and return postage are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from a verified defect or fulfilment error.
6. Exchanges
Where stock is available, eligible beauty tools may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or lower value. If the replacement item is lower in value, any difference may be issued as store credit at our discretion.
7. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact Elvoriah and receive return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfilment error.
8. Inspection & Approval
All returned tools are inspected on receipt. Approval of a refund or exchange is not automatic and depends on the product condition, the information provided, and compliance with this Policy.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs or video where reasonably requested. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been processed for dispatch. Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
11. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
12. International Orders
Customers remain responsible for customs duties, import VAT, brokerage charges, and similar fees for international orders, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Delays caused by customs processes are outside our control.
13. Abuse Prevention
Elvoriah reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, repeated abuse of the policy, missing components, unauthorised repair, or inconsistent documentation.
